Learning, brought to light

Training that fits around the job

Lumora is a learning platform for organisations that run their own training. Learners open it and see what to do next. Trainers grade everything from one inbox. Managers check progress without asking anyone for a spreadsheet.

Who uses it, and what they get

Daniel, Alice, Laura and Avery are the sample accounts on our demo campus. Every screen on this site is theirs.

A week on a Lumora campus

Daniel's Monday evening on our sample campus, and what the people around him do with it. Pick a line to see that screen.

  1. He has forty minutes. His home page already shows where he stopped, what is due this week and what has come in since yesterday.

Daniel's screen: Daniel signs in after work
  2. A message from his trainer, new announcements, a grade. The bell puts them in one list.

Daniel's screen: Six things have happened since his last visit
  3. The Python course opens on "Pick up where you left off", with the next live session and Friday's deadline beside it. He takes the basics check, and it is marked as soon as he hands it in.

  4. Daniel's FizzBuzz is there, next to Elena's contact form from another course. Alice reads his code and adds a comment and a score.

Alice's screen: Alice opens her grading inbox
  5. The grade is under the bell, and one tap opens Alice's comment. It runs in the phone's browser, so there is no app to install.

  6. The people she follows, their courses and how far they have come are on one page. She didn't have to ask anyone for a spreadsheet.

Laura's screen: Laura looks in on her team
  7. One spreadsheet import, roles set, and a session with its own dates and coach. On their first day, forty new people sign in to a home page that greets them by name.

All 49 features

All of it comes with Lumora, with no add-ons to buy. A few things, like single sign-on, depend on the plan, and the AI assistants need an administrator to switch them on and connect a provider first.

Common questions

sales@lumora-lms.com
What is Lumora?

A learning platform for organisations that run their own training: courses, tests, grading and reports in one place. Learners, trainers, managers and administrators each start on a page made for their work.

How is it different from other learning platforms?

Mostly in what people see first. Learners open on where they were and what is due, trainers on one grading inbox across all their courses, managers on the people they follow, and administrators on a page grouped by task.

Can it carry our own brand?

Yes. Administrators set the organisation name, logo, colours and themes in the browser and preview them before saving.

Will our existing content work?

Learning paths import SCORM 1.2 and AICC packages, tests import QTI, Aiken and Excel questions, and documents, videos and links upload as they are. People and enrolments come in from a spreadsheet.

How do people sign in?

With an account you create or import, by signing up themselves if you allow it, or through single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Keycloak, any OAuth2 provider or LDAP. Two-factor authentication can be switched on for everyone.

Does it work on phones?

Yes, in the phone's browser, with nothing to install. The home page, the bell, search, courses and tests all fit the screen, and it can be added to the home screen like an app.

Does it use AI?

Only if you want it to. The AI assistants stay off until an administrator connects an AI provider and switches on the ones they want. Trainers review what they suggest, and learners are told when AI is involved.

Can we see it first?

Yes. Book a demo and we will walk your team through Lumora with your own use case in mind, or watch the three-minute tour on this page.
